Bair Hilty's estate planning and probate practice involves multiple aspects of pre-death and post-death planning. Our estate planning services range from preparing wills and trusts for clients to assisting clients with planning to avoid the personal and financial risks of incompetency through the use of living trusts and powers of attorney. Our practice for pre-death planning involves not only the designation of beneficiaries of an estate through wills and trusts but involves the difficult questions regarding life support, health and financial planning and burial and funeral expenses. Our goal is to provide clients with the tools needed to plan for the protection of assets but also for the protection of a person's integrity and wishes during a terminal or irreversible health condition. 

Further, we provide our clients with services for probate and estate administration, including admitting wills to probate, advising the executor on administration issues, preserving the estate's assets from creditors and more importantly, representing clients in a professional and competent manner in what is often a very difficult time for clients.

Our firm also assists individuals with all issues involving Elder Law such as nursing home care, application for benefits, and the opportunity for individuals to discuss all legal options for those in the advanced stage of life.
