Wendi R. Ervin has more than twenty years of civil litigation experience representing business entities, insurance carriers, and individuals in Texas state and federal court cases ranging from general negligence, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, toxic tort, wrongful death and survival, breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, insurance law, to employment disputes. She is well equipped for the challenges of complex, multi-party, document intensive and high stakes litigation.

Ms. Ervin obtained her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1982, followed by her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1987.
