Mr. Glen Nordt is a 30 year, commercial business litigator, whose area of practice has included contractual business disputes, prosecuting and defending causes of action under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA), representing secured and unsecured lenders, including well known Banking entities and Leasing Companies, enforcing creditors rights in Federal Bankruptcy Proceedings, obtaining injunctive relief in appropriate circumstances, construction litigation, and collecting debts and judgments for business entities.

Mr. Nordt has extensive trial experience, having tried a number of jury and non jury trials in both the State and Federal Courts. Mr. Nordt has also handled a number of successful appeals, usually in the role of defending the successful verdict he obtained at the lower court trial level.
