Mr. Bill W. Sanford practice areas include litigation in general liability,first and third party insurance defense, professional liability, premises liabilty, and business law. Mr. Sanford was admitted to practice law in Texas in 2003 and is licensed to practice in all state courts of Texas and the U.S. Southern and Eastern District Federal Courts of Texas.

Mr. Sanford has significant litigation experience including achievement of defense verdicts against plaintiffs in personal injury claims. He has first chair trial experience in county and district courts in Harris, Jefferson, Orange, Hardin, Chambers, Liberty, Tyler and Jasper Counties.

EDUCATION
Mr. Sanford obtained his B.S. from Lamar University in 1998. He graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2003. During law school, Mr. Sanford was an associate editor for the St. Mary's University Law Journal, was published twice, and was a brief writer for the Moot Court External Advocacy Team.
